Run Schedule

This is WAS my personal half marathon training schedule.**I injured my knee in mid December and underwent surgery in January. I never completed a half marathon and was told to no longer run** Race day is March 1! The red boxes are the ones I’ve already completed (as you can see I moved the days around a little to fit in Thanksgiving). It’s a 14 week plan for beginners like me! My husband and I run together 3 days a week with long runs on Thursday and I run alone 1 weekend day. This is because he works weekends and I need more training than he does anyway. Join me in training for a half marathon!
